Comfayyy.

Headed to the spring with yaw and eve yesterday for a end-of-sem lunch celebration. After going through the list of fancy wallet-burning restaurants we ended up at sushi king. I've always seen sushi king as a place people eat at to spend shitloads of money on a few bits of shrimp them sushi-people claim to be from japan. But who gives a shit if it's from japan? Spending 8 bucks on 2 pieces of shrimp on rice is just fckin wrong. Gah, but I still got dragged into the shithole in the end and was surprised that I came out actually feeling pretty stuffed. But thinking about the fact that I could have had a meal that would have been equally as satisfying for just RM3 still stings something nasty. Oh I managed to check out these black and white nikes I'd been searching for since forever and the same applies to the fisherman's I found at parkson. Didn't have the money to get either at the time so while the other two went home with new clothes I went home with nothinggggggg... BUT!

Told grandma about them shoes and she's like all "I'll lend you the money and you can get them before they run out." Didn't really dig the idea of taking her money but I gave in when she woke me up the next morning, threw me the money (RM150 + RM100 + RM50 = RM300) and went out with my mom. Well, I did really like those shoes and haven't seen them around till now. And I certainly haven't seen fishers that fit my head before. So what could I do? I flew over to the spring and got both the shoes and the hat before I could change my mind. Yeah, it sure feels good to have these babies on but I won't be feeling too good when I get my salary next month (I'm gonna pay you back whether you like it or not grandma D:). Bah, rockin fresh don't come cheap.

On a side note, was having dinner around this 101 area the other with Y&E again and came across this christmasy store with lotsa neat stuff so being the cute-shit-lovers we are, we went in for a look. Loved the feel of the shop with all the lights and jolly music and everything looked so damn nice there, even the overpriced paintings. Anyway, we eventually spotted this row of "Magic Eggs" on a shelf and wowed at the RM10 price tags on them. They're cute. They're not too expensive. Oh shit I'm dead. Fuckin sucked to be the only guy and person to come out with one of those things.

I'm supposed to crack it open and water it regularly for something to start growing out through the top. *scoff* Crack it open? Imma just leave it on my shelf thank you.

Final canvas.

One more... Just one more A1 sized canvas work and I'll be done with this shitty sem (excluding the simpler typeface book and photography assignments)!

Finally done with the batik and the presentation. Was pretty fun actually, the first group had a kickass vid about their theme. Nothing interesting happened when it was my group's turn to try to sound smart about shit we didn't care about. Heh, I'm just happy we got through without bein dissed too much for the gayass beads lol.

Don't really feel like typing much today either... This is becoming a trend no? Annyeongs.

Far away in the mind.

Well, even with all the soon-to-be-overdue assignments and all the others that already are, we photoheads had to go on this little trip with simon to a hilton resort in the middle of no where. Actually, it's somewhere around batang ai but I don't think alot of people know that place. Kinda freaked when he told us to cough up 180 each but hey, I can really say now that the trip was hella worth the money. Oh and I hated the 5 hour bus rides, felt like I was at a wet gay concert.

Anyway, got to campus at about 5am on saturday to pick up eve and yao so we could all get breakfast at McD's before leaving for the resort at 6. 10 buck breakfast and a damn long bus ride later we stopped by for a few shots at a powerplant simon seemed very fuckin keen of. Was pretty cool, couldn't wait to get over to the lake on the other side of the dam wall. Soo pretty~ A macro few shots outside the control center of the powerplant turned out real well though. Even got in some shots of ants and bees as well! Not of which I will be posting because of sheer laiiijjjjinessshhhh.

Hopped over to the lake for a half-hour boat ride to our final destination at about 1pm. Got some majorly nice shots on the boat so VAVAVAVA! 8D

Got to hilton and trudged to our rooms (cameras snapping the whole way) to get ready for our short jungle hike. Had to share a room with nazrin and his pal ivan but it's okay, they're cool. Spent most of my room time next door in yao's room though. Back to the rooms, OMWAAAAA. Either I've been staying in the wrong hotels for the last 10 years or I got a whole lot more than I paid for (seeing as it was 180 I had to pay, I like to think so). Seriously, the play was like SHO NICE. 8D Maybe it was the bad transport and heat that got me that impressed but hilton definitely made it onto my kewl-hotels list. Anyway, didn't feel like showering so I just dropped my bags, sucked up on some a/c, grabbed oly and went off to meet the others.

Nothing much happened during the hike. Nothing, except the fact that some ropes on this hanging bridge we had to cross decided to snap on our crossing. I was still on ground trying to grab some mushroom shots when there was this scary CRUGHFPK sound and girls started screaming. Nobody got hurt though, apparently someone felt it was okay to break the 2 meter rule when crossing a flimsy old bridge hanging 300 feet off the ground. But some people are just dumb. You understand.

Crossed the bridge with 5 sec steps and got some pretty sweet shots on the way. Some guys pulled out their own slrs for some shots too but most were too freaked to do so. *sigh* Poor things.

Headed back to hilton for a well-deserved shower and dinner. Food was pretty good. Your usual buffet with plain water and non-stop refills. Yeah, I love anything that feels free. Had a short meeting with simon and everybody else and went down to the pool with some other dudes and dudettes after. Fun times. 10pm, back in room and out again to friends'. 2:30am, sleep.

Got up with everyone else at 6am and went down for breakfast. Didn't get much sleep but I still managed to stuff myself quite a bit, remember, anything that feels free~ Then we messed around for the remaining hours before leaving at 11. Played a bit of pingpong and loved it (wingle iz da shit yo). Snapped some crazy group shots with the gang before leaving. Haha, stupid is fun XD

Then there's that nausiating bus ride back to kc and everyone went home lookin pale and shit.

Theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeennnnnnn, JENG JENG JENG JENNNNGGGGGGGGGG. Guess what? Yours truly got a flat tire while driving home in the rain. But shit I don't feel like talking about that so let's get to photos~

OMFGed when I saw this one. Eve's slr on the boat ride back out of hilton.

*belch*

I may not have perfect manners. And I may not be the perfect gentleman.

But at least I know my table manners, so can you please SHUT YOUR FRIGGIN MOUTH WHEN YOU CHEW?

None of us want to see what you're munching on in your mouth fulla drool.

*sigh* Wish I had more time to dance instead of just the pitiful once-a-week sessions. And those aren't actually sessions. More like gang-get-together session. Watching all those guys improve with the daily training really kills it for me.

. : E D I T : .

Since I just got a post up, I guess I'll just edit it and fit in the tags from the BIG FAT cat.

Here are the rules....
To tag along: you have to list 7 weird things about yourself, post it in your blog, tag at least 7 people (list their names), and comment on their blog to let them know that you just tagged them.

일: I like to stroke my cats with my face.

이: Music gets my body moving unvolutarily.

삼: Jingling car keys make me think of chocolate.

사: Girls in hoodies make me go :3

오: Walking around in big cities in the dead of the night is a favourite hobby of mine.

육: I check blog posts for font arrangements but always miss grammatical mistakes.

칠: I actually gave a damn to do this.

Done and done.

I'm too lazy to tag anyone right now so if any one of you reading this feel like doing a weird tag, knock yourself out.

Newly weds.

I've always thought the way weddings are done in the west was cool. But no matter how well things like that are handled here in the chinese society, I can't seem to sit through the whole dinner party thing without the F bomb floating around the whole time.

You're my uncle's wife. You're my mom's grandma's sis. You're my mom's cousin. You won't believe how many different 'titles' there are for each elder here. And we're expected to remember these 'titles' and use em to address each and every single one of them people. If your brain fails you and you fuck em and smile at them as you try to recall what you're supposed to call em, you get labelled as a disrespectful fuck. Well, FUCK YOU. Don't give me that fcked up face. Wtf did I ever do to you? But hey, talk behind my family's back and say whatever you want. Who gives a shit? It's not like I'm gonna get cancer from any of that meaningless bitching.

Yeah, so I guess the real thing that I actually hate is family gatherings. Shit. Wtfuck are they smokin...
